Terms
Updated 15 September 2026
Lista is a free service for making a wishlist and sharing it as a link. By using it you agree to these terms.
One person, one list. Your list is yours: you decide what goes on it and who gets the link.
Anyone with the link can open the list and claim items after giving a name and email. Claims are hidden from the list owner. That is the point of Lista; do not try to get around it.
Seven days before the occasion the list locks for its owner, so nothing changes under a gift someone has already bought. Guests can still claim and unclaim until the day.
Do not put on a list anything illegal, anything that belongs to someone else, or anything meant to harm. We can remove lists that do.
Lista is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never lose something. Lista sells nothing and is not part of any purchase between you and a shop.
We may change these terms; the date at the top says when. If you keep using Lista after a change, you accept it.
These terms follow Egyptian law.
